Carnival-Themed 360 Photo Booth For Alpha Phi
THE EVENT
To celebrate 150 years of Alpha Phi International we wanted to shine a light on the incredible women behind the brand…so naturally we provided our 360 photo booth rental! Below is an overview of how we created a highly engaging, carnival-inspired 360 photo booth experience for the sorority sisters of Alpha Phi.
THE GOAL
To provide hundreds of Alpha Phi sorority sisters from around the world with a one-of-a-kind, memorable 360 photo booth experience that complimented their carnival-themed event
THE STRATEGY
For this Arizona event we teamed up with Hallway Events and Parties on Purpose to create a fun and interactive 360 photo booth experience that included a custom marquee letter backdrop. We selected an upbeat music soundtrack to add to the energy of the 360 photo booth, and utilized a QR code for instant and easy social media sharing which allowed event attendees to instantly share their 360 photo booth videos to social media and view the online gallery.

THE EXPERIENCE
Alpha Phi sorority sisters had an amazing time celebrating their 150th anniversary in our 360 photo booth at the JW Marriott Camelback Inn Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Arizona. For this 360 video booth setup we opted for a custom marquee letter backdrop that spelled out ALPHA PHI, which paired perfectly with the carnival event theme. Thanks to our larger than life 360 Booth setup, the 360 photo booth served as a show stopper event activity for attendees and we had a line all night long, with tons of shares on social media.
THE ROI
Over the course of the evening we captured over 150 videos for Alpha Phi in the 360 photo booth (we provided an additional GIF Booth for this event as well) that resulted in over a 14K reach and impressive 47K impressions on social media.
