MISGIF has been designated as an approved supplier of the Super Bowl LVII Business Connect program! We are one of over 220 local, diverse businesses in Arizona identified as a certified, experienced company approved to compete for contracts related to the Super Bowl and we couldn’t be more thrilled!
WHAT IS THE SUPER BOWL LVII BUSINESS CONNECT PROGRAM?
In partnership with Arizona Super Bowl Host Committee, the Super Bowl LVII Business Connect program is “a supplier diversity initiative designed to promote equitable and inclusive procurement practices at NFL events.” This unique program is designed to “connect experienced, event-ready businesses in Arizona with opportunities to compete for contracts related to Super Bowl LVII.”
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE SUPER BOWL LVII BUSINESS CONNECT PROGRAM?
Arizona event businesses eligible for the Super Bowl LVII Business Connect program met the following requirements in order to be accepted into the program:
Be 51% owned by a minority, woman, LBGTQ+ or veteran individual (MISGIF is a 100% woman-owned and led photo booth activation business with a team of majority women)
Have been in operation and have a physical office in Arizona since February 2019 (MISGIF was established in Tempe, Arizona in 2017)
Provide a product or service requested by business connect and utilized by NFL vendors (MISGIF specializes in custom photo booths for brand activations and has experience executing sporting event photo booth activations for brands)
Be the direct source of the goods and services represented in their bid (MISGIF executes and manages all of its Arizona photo booth services)
Be in good standing and eligible to do business with the State of Arizona (MISGIF is a licensed and insured Arizona LLC that has received positive reviews and an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau)
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A PART OF THE SUPER BOWL LVII BUSINESS CONNECT PROGRAM?
As an approved supplier of the Super Bowl LVII Business Connect program over the next several months leading up to Super Bowl LVII MISGIF and other certified Arizona suppliers selected for this program will be able to participate in various professional development workshops to grow their business as well as networking events with NFL vendors and executives from leading companies in Arizona. Suppliers will also have the unique opportunity to be highlighted in the Business Connect Resource Guide, “which NFL vendors and event producers use to identify and select local suppliers to fulfill their Super Bowl LVII sub-contracting needs.”
Being a part of the Super Bowl LVII Business Connect program ultimately means MISGIF and other certified Arizona suppliers selected for this program get a competitive edge when it comes to competing for Super Bowl LVII contracts, which is extremely helpful…especially for businesses like MISGIF that are woman-owned and operating in a largely male-dominated photo booth industry.
