Hance Park Conservancy Noche En Blanco Event
THE GOAL
To create a high-quality, fun and memorable Arizona photo booth experience for Noche En Blanco event attendees that allowed them to showcase their support for Hance Park Conservancy on social media, that in turn helps build awareness about the work this amazing Arizona nonprofit is doing to promote and advocate for the redevelopment of Margaret T. Hance Park in Downtown Phoenix.
THE STRATEGY
Keeping with the event’s color scheme of whites and silvers, our shimmering silver sequin backdrop was a natural choice for Noche En Blanco’s Selfie Station photo booth experience and the photo booth frame was designed using their official brand guide including colors and graphic elements. Additionally, the event sponsor Clayco was included on the frame centered at the bottom.
Noche En Blanco event attendees were able to take high-quality photos, animated GIFs and Boomerang videos with friends and family throughout the night. The email they received with their downloadable image/video also included a call to action to share their memories online and tag Hance Park Conservancy to help spread awareness about the Arizona nonprofit.
THE EXPERIENCE
Each group that visited the Selfie Station photo booth was assisted by one of our expert photo booth attendants who helped with poses, lighting adjustments and answering questions. Once visitors finished their photo booth session they received an email that prompted them to share their photo booth image or video to social media to help spread awareness about the Arizona nonprofit and their annual event.
That being said, if you attended this glamorous event then you’re well aware…Noche En Blanco event attendees loved our Phoenix photo booth experience! Not only was there a nonstop line at the photo booth all night long, there may or may not be talk of adding a second fun photo booth experience to next year’s event!
THE ROI
Over the course of the day we captured over 300 images and emails for Hance Park Conservancy that resulted in over an estimated 28.6K reach and impressive 92.2K impressions on social media.
