ASU Barrett Honors College Family Weekend 2022
THE EVENT
Each November Arizona State University hosts Family Weekend that allows ASU students’ families to experience campus life together and celebrate their Sun Devil pride by taking part in family-friendly activities.
As a part of the celebrations, each college typically hosts their own activities, which includes our alma mater, Barrett Honors College, who hosts a fun and memorable Family Weekend Breakfast at the ASU Tempe Campus. This will be our fourth year celebrating with them with one of our Arizona photo booth experiences!
THE GOAL
To provide hundreds of Barrett Honors College families with a fun and memorable Arizona photo booth experience that allows them to capture memories from ASU Family Weekend and share them with their friends and family on social media.
THE STRATEGY
For this outdoor Arizona State University celebration we created a ASU Sun Devils inspired photo booth experience that included a sparkling gold sequin backdrop, family-friendly Barrett Honors College branded frame design and an assortment of our in-stock props that encourage families to let loose and have fun together. Each year our goal remains the same for this event, to create an experience with our photo booth that encourages family-bonding and fun, one that both parents, caretakers, students and friends would not forget for years to come and enjoy experiencing.

THE EXPERIENCE
Forks up and fun all around, ASU Barrett Honors College families had an amazing time celebrating Family Weekend 2022 together and capturing memories with our Selfie Station photo booth! Each family was able to take a sweet photo together then create a fun and silly animated GIF with props - the best of both worlds! Afterward, they received an instant email with instructions for sharing their images to social media and tagging Barrett Honors College to help the ASU college build awareness on social media about the fun and inclusive college culture they create on campus for students and families.
THE ROI
Over the course of the morning we had a nonstop line and captured approximately 130+ photos for Barrett Honors college with our fun Selfie Station photo booth that resulted in over an estimated 11.5K reach and impressive 37.2K impressions on social media.
