YWCA Phoenix Tribute To Leadership Awards 2023
THE EVENT
Each year YWCA Metropolitan Phoenix hosts their memorable Tribute To Leadership Awards Program which recognizes the accomplishments of leaders in our Arizona community who strive to improve the lives of women, girls, and people of color through leadership, advocacy, and community service. As a part of their celebration they aim to provide an uplifting event experience that celebrates honorees and the impact they’ve had locally.
THE GOAL
To provide event attendees with an opportunity to capture meaningful memories as well as share impact statements in a fun and memorable way, that also highlighted the YWCA Metropolitan Phoenix brand.
THE STRATEGY
For this Arizona nonprofit event we used our popular Selfie Station photo booth with a white backdrop to capture high-quality photos and fun animated GIFs of honorees and event attendees at The Croft Downtown. Since the event was in a darker area of the event we also used our studio lighting setup and a special software feature that allowed us to remove shadows from the white photo booth backdrop to ensure all photos and animated GIFs taken were high quality. Event attendees were able to choose from a variety of impact statement signs to use in their photos and animated GIFs and share their branded photos and animated GIFs instantly to social media .

THE EXPERIENCE
Offering a fun and customizable photo booth experience for honorees and event attendees was the perfect way to capture event memories and create a positive and feel-good atmosphere at this formal nonprofit event.
THE ROI
Over the course of the Arizona awards celebration we had a nonstop line at the photo booth and captured approximately 100 photos and animated GIFs for YWCA Metropolitan Phoenix with our stylish and shareable Selfie Station photo booth that resulted in over an estimated 9.9K reach and impressive 31.9K impressions on social media.
