Arizona W.I.S.E. Women of Inspiration Awards
THE EVENT
The Women of Inspiration Awards presented by WISE Arizona at Warehouse 215 in downtown Phoenix Arizona is an annual gala that celebrates the remarkable achievements of Arizona women who embody the WISE mission. This year's gala, themed “Kocktails and Kicks,” was an unforgettable evening dedicated to honoring distinguished women from the Phoenix Suns, Arizona State University, Fiesta Bowl, NASCAR and additional Arizona companies. These women serve as trailblazers in their respective fields, breaking barriers, and paving the way for future generations.
THE GOAL
As a woman-owned Phoenix, Arizona photo booth vendor we were thrilled to be a part of this exceptional event. Our goal was to provide a fun and memorable Roaming Photo Booth as well as Selfie Station Photo Booth for all event attendees while aligning with the event's theme. These fun and memorable photo booth experiences allowed guests to capture branded memories in two different ways and share their event experience instantly on social media.
THE STRATEGY
To highlight the WISE Arizona branding our Selfie Station Photo Booth and Roaming Photo Booth photos included a custom branded frame design that showcased WISE’s brand colors and logo. While our Roaming Photo Booth photographer captured high-quality DSLR photos with both horizontal and vertical frame formats to capture event attendees showing off their stylish 'Kicks' as they enjoyed delicious 'Kocktails' throughout the venue, our Selfie Station Photo Booth was placed in front of a custom step-and-repeat backdrop with balloons created by Warehouse 215 to enhance the guests' experience. The Selfie Station Photo Booth included interactive elements beyond just photos, such as animated GIFs and Boomerang videos, alongside a variety of sports-themed and color-coordinated props that allowed guests to express their unique personalities and have fun!

THE EXPERIENCE
The WISE Arizona Gala with its brilliantly chosen “Kocktails and Kicks," theme symbolized the blending of sophistication (kocktails) and sportsmanship (kicks) throughout the entirety of the night. The combination of these elements created a unique and exciting atmosphere for not only attendees but also our expert photo booth staff. It was clear that the branded photo booth experiences were such a hit considering that our Selfie Station Photo Booth line consistently flowed all night long and guests commented on how much they enjoyed receiving their branded Roaming Photo Booth instantly! The WISE Arizona gala successfully celebrated the exceptional women in Arizona making positive impacts in the business of sports and events. As a woman-owned Arizona photo booth business, we were honored to be a part of this remarkable event highlighting fellow female leaders in our local community!
THE ROI
Over the course of the gala, we had an overflowing line before and after dinner, following the awards ceremony, and captured approximately 100 photos, GIFs, and boomerang videos for WISE Arizona with our stylish and shareable Selfie Station Photo Booth. In addition, our Roaming Photo Booth captured 77 photos that resulted in over an estimated 7.8K reach and impressive 25.8K impressions on social media.
